Key Responsibilities of a Quality Inspector:

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Utilize various inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators, to verify product conformance.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
  • Identify and report non-conformities and deviations to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of inspection procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
  • Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications of a Quality Inspector:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or quality-related education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a quality inspector in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to use Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
  • ISO experience a plus.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as portability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Ability to lead and direct machinists to make proper machine adjustments and improve current manufacturing processes.

⭐️ Responsibilities include:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle

⭐️ Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. This opening is for second shifts.

A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.

The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

⭐️ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator of 1+ year
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus

⭐️ Job Brief:

The Lead CNC Programmer will set-up, maintain, and operate machinery. The Lead CNC Programmer will ensure
interminable and efficient running of production to current manufacturing procedures to maximize efficiency and
profits.

⭐️ Responsibilities include:

• Creates or modifies existing part programs to maximize efficiency
• Verifies part programs by running simulations or tests
• Starts and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data
• Verifies conformance of finished work-piece to specifications using measuring and inspection equipment as
necessary
• Selects, aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on
machines as necessary to machine parts as required
• Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and
angle of cut
• Prepare machine to start production cycle
• Load and unload raw material onto the machine
• Preform visual and dimensional inspection with in accordance with company standards
• Keep records of conforming and nonconforming products
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
• Troubleshoot issues that might occur during shift

⭐️ Requirements:

• Superior programming skills
• Must be able to work effectively with little or no supervision
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as portability and statistical inference and fundamental plane
and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and
proportions to practical situations
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement equipment (e.g. calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear)

⭐️ Responsibilities include:

- Ability to have basic measurement and calibration competencies; calipers, micrometers & thread gages

- Ability to press inserts, heli coils, dowel pins

- Ability to remove burrs and sharp edges from plastic, stainless, and aluminum components

- Ability to make labels with respected customer identification, DWG (Part), Lot (Job), Purchase Order, Revision, and Quantity numbers

- Rudimentary knowledge on how to read a blueprint

- Ability to problem solve

- Willingness to increase efficiency and effectiveness of current processes

⭐️ Requirements:

- Ability to read comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos

- Ability to write simple correspondence

- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with other employees of the organization

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

⭐️ Position Summary:

(FSLA non-exempt) The Fabrication Operator will build, weld, and curve custom plastic components from mechanical drawings to meet or exceed customer requirements. The Fabrication Operator will ensure interminable and efficient running of production to  current manufacturing procedures to maximize efficiency and profits.

⭐️ Responsibilities:

- Working Knowledge of machinery (band saw, table saw, hand router)

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

- Basic measurement competencies (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

- Ability to inspect, measure, and package finished products in accordance with customer requirements.

- Keep records of conforming and nonconforming products.

- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

- Troubleshoot issues that might occur during shift.

⭐️ Qualifications:

- Proven experience in plastic welding or thermoforming. 

- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers,  ect.) 

- Understanding of production procedures. 

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals. 

- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear.) 

- Analytical skills. 

- Attention to detail. 

- Teamwork and communication skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
