Our CNC routing equipment includes a Heian Dual Table Router and an EXXACT Plus 116 TC2. The Heian Dual Table Router is a high-speed, twin table model that allows for non-stop production and maximum productivity. This particular machine handles our oversized parts, with dimensional capabilities of 127″ x 80″ x 9″.
The EXACCT Plus 116 TC2 is one of our newest machines, and it sets a new standard of CNC accuracy and high-speed machining performance. It can handle heavy-duty CNC machining of a wide variety of materials and thicknesses; cuts on 3 axes (X, Y and Z); and can produce parts up to 63” x 63”. The EXXACT Plus also features two ANDI HSK-63F spindles, each with a 10-position tool carousel, and it can easily interface with all major CAD/CAM software and industry standard solid modeling software packages.
We also have an extensive array of quality control equipment – including an Omano digital microscope and Starrett and Mitutoyo calipers – as all of our parts must pass a comprehensive, ISO 9001:2008 compliant quality inspection before shipping.
