- CNC milling – CNC milling machines utilize a cutting tool that moves vertically, horizontally, and diagonally, allowing them to create a wide array of parts, including ball joints, brackets, spindles, and much more. They are perfect for rigid materials, and we specialize in milling thermosets and thermoplastics, polymers and advanced engineering materials. CNC milling is distinct in the geometries and surface textures it can render: our experienced technicians can produce parts that hold tolerances of +/- .001 with surface finishes as smooth as 15Ra.
- CNC turning – When it comes to our CNC turning services, we excel in multi-axis lathe work and holding extremely tight tolerances. We use the latest CAD/CAM techniques and software to produce world-class precision-turned parts. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes the Miyano BNA-42S, which offers supercharged efficiency and unmatched precision, and is able to produce parts that are 100% burr free with no sharp edges.
- CNC sawing – No matter how technical and advanced the plastic, we can cut it, including PEEK, Halar®, Ultem®, Teflon® (PTFE), and Vespel®! Our state-of-the-art CNC saws combine ultra-fast cutting speed and pinpoint accuracy to deliver perfectly shaped pieces on tight deadlines. We precision-cut your plastic materials to exact size, helping minimize excess material costs. With our tools we can process materials up to 128” in length, and we can cut both small batches and large runs.
- CNC routing – CNC routing is an excellent way to produce high volumes of precise, identical plastic parts quickly. With some of the best router capabilities on the east coast, our routing services are known for fast cycle times and consistently accurate results. We can quickly produce hundreds or thousands of identical high-performance parts, no matter how intricate your part or advanced the material. We have standard milling bits from .010” to 4.0” and are experts at routing with specialty bits for the most advanced engineering plastics. We can also handle oversized specialty parts up to 127” x 80” x 9” with our high-speed HEIAN Dual Table Router.
- Die stamping and cutting – This process allows for the creation of extremely thin products that can hold tight tolerances at high volumes.
